Le but était de mener un projet de démarche qualité pour pouvoir valider son diplôme.

Pourquoi avoir choisi Ziegler Services pour ton stage ?
J’ai rencontré le responsable unité Mercedes-Benz au Job Dating de Bocapôle il y a quelques mois, je lui ai parlé du projet que je dois mener et Audrey, la responsable qualité m’a contacté quelques jours plus tard pour la demande de stage. Je n’étais pas au courant que l’entreprise possédait un service qualité. Dès le premier entretien, je me suis vraiment sentie à l’aise, je me suis dis « C’est ici que je veux faire mon stage ! ».
Quelles sont les tâches qui t’ont été confiées ?
On m’a demandé de travailler sur l’approche processus et sur la base documentaire de la norme ISO 9001 pour la société annexe, Bressuire Manutention. De plus, j’ai effectué le suivi de différents tableaux de bord, j’ai participé à plusieurs réunions, j’ai fait de la prospection, de la facturation et encore plein d’autres tâches. C’était vraiment un excellent stage, très intéressant et très complet.
Comment s’est passée ton intégration au sein de Ziegler Services ?
Dès le 1er jour je me suis sentie intégrée, je remercie les salariés de cette entreprise et ceux de Bressuire Manutention pour avoir passé du temps avec moi, pour m’avoir laissé participer aux réunions, pour avoir répondu à mes questions et surtout pour m’avoir écouté et m’avoir fait confiance. Je pense que mon stage n’aurait pas pu mieux se dérouler. Un grand merci à tout le monde.
